Tina Matthes, a devoted mother and wife, has had a lifelong love for the arts.  From a young age, Tina studied dance, theater and music under the guidance of several top instructors while growing up in Manhasset, outside of New York City. As Tina became an adult, her commitment to the arts was further expressed through a variety of activities and media, from being a member of a rock band and working as an A & R rep at a record label to assisting a professional screenwriter and member of the Writers Guild of America as a researcher on several projects for film and television. Tina’s artistic abilities and sensibilities are currently being nurtured and conveyed through a candle crafting business she co-owns that provides handmade candles (lambathes) for the Greek community she is a proud member of.  Most recently, along with her partner Jill Palmieri, Tina has developed and implemented the current drama enrichment program at Quarry Hill Elementary School, where she has shared her love of drama and the arts with her two lovely older daughters and their classmates. She  lives in Yardley  with her husband and three daughters.
